# Conferencing Services

Conferencing services can be used to generate video and voice calls for events created through the Cronofy API.

Services like [Google Meet](https://apps.google.com/meet/) and [Microsoft Teams](https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-teams) are often available via the authorized calendar. We also provide the ability for end-users to authenticate other services like [Zoom](https://zoom.us), [Microsoft Teams standalone](https://products.office.com/en-gb/microsoft-teams/) and [GoTo](https://www.gotomeeting.com/).

API consumers can use a customer's configured conferencing services to automatically populate the calendar event with full conferencing instructions and have that conference kept in sync with the event. [Webhooks](https://docs.cronofy.com/api-reference/conferencing-and-transcription/conferencing-services/subscriptions/index.md) can be used to track the provisioning of conferences.
