Selection Rules

Selection Rules are the scheduling controls an Organizational Unit uses to resolve who should attend a Scheduling Request, such as picking an interviewer from a pool or the next available support agent. They can be used with any Scheduling Request, however it was created.

Rules can be managed in the Scheduler or over the API.
