Can I sync Meeting Rooms or Resources in Free/Busy access mode?

Due to the current permission model for Free/Busy Access mode, we cannot detect Meeting Rooms and resources in the same way as if they were connected via Read/Write access mode.

If you want to make use of Meeting Rooms and resources within a integrators application, you will need to connect via Read/Write access mode instead of Free/Busy access mode.
