# Why doesn’t the “Join” button appear in Outlook for some Teams meetings?

The “Join” button in Outlook is only supported when the Teams meeting is created as part of the event creation process via Microsoft Graph connected calendars.

As a result, calendars hosted on-premise Exchange do not support rendering of the Outlook “Join” button for Teams meetings generated by Cronofy. Calendars connected via Microsoft Graph (Office 365 hosted) will show the “Join” button when Cronofy generates Teams conferencing.
