Why am I getting no conferencing dial-in details on my event?

Some common issues we’ve seen for each conferencing provider.

MS Teams #

• Dial-in details are only generated when the account has an Audio Conferencing license attached.

GoTo Meeting #

• When using the Private option (where the user provides their own details for dial-in conferencing), GoTo does not provision any other conferencing but also does not pass the private dial-in details back to Cronofy when the conference is generated

Zoom #

• Zoom allows customization of the countries where numbers are offered. This list can be set to an empty list, meaning no numbers are generated.
