Shared calendars
The process of connecting a shared calendar will depend on whether you’re connecting the calendar individually or via an organization.
Individual Connect #
With Individual Connect, our model is based on a user being the owner of the calendar they’re authorising. So, while shared calendars may still connect, we do not directly test and support this feature, and cannot gurantee a working sync. Because of this, we suggest that users connect only individual accounts via this method.
Enterprise Connect #
With Enterprise Connect, our model is based on an organization granting authorization access over all their users’ calendars. Shared mailboxes can be connected from Enterprise Connect Office 365 via Exchange (EWS) and Graph API in a similar manner to other resources as per our Office 365 Shared Folders guide after configuring the Service account.
