# BrightHire

The Cronofy integration for [BrightHire](https://www.brighthire.com) adds the BrightHire interview co-pilot to any interviews you schedule with Cronofy.

### Setup BrightHire Integration
- [Add the Brighthire Integration](https://app.cronofy.com/integrations) to your Cronofy Organization. You will see a page that has an empty **API Key** field.

- Now open the [API Settings in your BrightHire dashboard](https://app.brighthire.ai/settings/rest).

- Create an API Token called 'Cronofy'.

- Copy the the new API Token value into the **API Key** field in the Cronofy BrightHire Integration you created in step 1.

- Click Save.

Now whenever you create an interview with one of our ATS integrations like [SmartRecruiters](/integrations/smart-recruiters/index.md) or [Greenhouse](/integrations/greenhouse/index.md), we'll notify Brighthire so they can add their co-pilot to the interview. We'll also keep it in sync in the event that the interview gets rescheduled.
