Streamline scheduling with the browser extension

Before reading this, you would need to Connect Greenhouse to Cronofy.

The Browser extension allows you to schedule interviews directly from Greenhouse. This perfectly fits complex scheduling scenarios when you want to control when your candidate can book times, for example.

You can open the extension from the candidate page in Greenhouse to schedule. It will auto-populate the email address of the candidate and sync the interview in Greenhouse, once the candidate picks a time.

Download the Browser extension #

Before scheduling with a candidate in Greenhouse, please ensure the recruiter is populated on the candidate profile.

Install our Chrome, Firefox, or Edge extensions.
Log in to the extension.
Compose an email from Greenhouse and launch the extension.
Hit the ‘Create invitation link’ from the extension and paste it in your email templates.
