# How do I remove users from the Trello Connector subscription

If you manage the Trello Connect subscription for your team and need to remove a user you will need to reach out to [support@cronofy.com](mailto:support@cronofy.com).

In your email please advise the email address linked to the master Trello Connector account and the email address of the Trello Connector account you wish to be removed.

A member of Cronofy Support with then action this for you.
