My Trello events don't show me as 'Busy' in my calendar

This will be linked to the option selected when creating your Sync Rule.

For this we would recommend going to your Trello Connector Account and remove your current Sync Rule.

Once removed click “Add another sync rule”. Under Event Settings make sure you select “Busy” and this will then reflect on events created by your Trello cards.
