Organization administrators can connect to Webex on an Enterprise level to prevent the need for users to link their accounts individually.

Setup the Webex integration #

Log in to Cronofy > navigate to your Organizational Unit Settings > select “Integrations” > and click on “Setup New Integration” to view Webex.

Once Cronofy has access to your Webex account, Cronofy can add links between the connected calendars in your company and the corresponding Webex users. This allows end users to create Scheduling requests with Webex as their chosen conferencing provider.

Removing Cronofy’s access to your Webex account #

To remove the Webex integration navigate back to Organizational Unit Settings > “Integrations” > “Webex”. Press the Delete button at the bottom of the page to remove the integration.
