Zendesk Administrators can install the Cronofy Scheduler to all or selected groups of their Zendesk Agents. You can set this up using our Installing the Zendesk guide.
This allows your agents to be able to quickly and easily schedule support and success calls from within Zendesk by creating unique personal links. Please see Using the Zendesk App guide for how to create your unique invitation links.
The Cronofy Zendesk app automatically embeds all of the contact details for the customer into the booking link.
Agents can choose between a number of conferencing providers to suit their customers needs, such as, Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams and more. Conferencing services can be updated in the Preferences of a Scheduler account.
