How and Where Interviews Take Place

For all interviews, we’ll send you a scheduling link and ask you to choose a day / time that works best for you.

We conduct most of our interviews over Zoom. As a largely remote business, this is our main tool for face-to-face communication. Before your interviews we recommend that you have a Zoom account or at least download the app (laptop / computer is best). Use the link in the calendar invite to access the Zoom room which will also have been emailed to you.

We may also arrange face-to-face interviews, for example at latter stages of the interview process depending on the role and location. If you’re based near one of our offices we may ask to meet up as a great opportunity to get to know each other. We would cover the cost for any travel in advance.
