Branding & custom domains

Branding #

Branding changes the page your invitees see when they open one of your public links or scheduling requests, where they choose a time. Each Organizational Unit has its own branding, and Owners and Scheduler Admins can change it. A live preview shows how the page will look as you edit.

You can set:

  • Colors: primary and secondary colors, as CSS hex codes, to match your brand’s color scheme.
  • Font: choose one of the provided fonts, or ask support to add one. Not every font can be added.
  • Logo: a PNG, SVG or JPEG file under 1 MB. For the best results, use a square image of at least 350 × 350 pixels.

If you belong to several Organizational Units, your primary Organizational Unit decides the branding on your personal public link.

Custom domains #

A custom domain serves your scheduling pages from your own domain, such as scheduling.example.com. Custom domains are available on Business plans and above.

To set one up:

  1. Email support@cronofy.com with the name of your Organizational Unit.

  2. Add a CNAME record for your custom domain that points at the domain for your data center:

    Data centerDomain
    Australiascheduler-custom-domain-au.cronofy.com
    Canadascheduler-custom-domain-ca.cronofy.com
    Germanyscheduler-custom-domain-de.cronofy.com
    Singaporescheduler-custom-domain-sg.cronofy.com
    United Kingdomscheduler-custom-domain-uk.cronofy.com
    USAscheduler-custom-domain-us.cronofy.com
  3. Let support know once the record is in place, and we’ll finish the configuration.

Test your domain #

Check your domain points to the right place:

curl scheduling.example.com/.well-known/cronofy-verification/ping

A successful response looks like:

PONG from Cronofy [cronofy-data-center]
