# Account & team setup

An Organizational Unit is your team's workspace in Cronofy. Owners and Scheduler Admins use it to bring people in, decide what each person can do, and set up how the team schedules: selection rules and templates, branding, integrations and reporting. [Billing](https://docs.cronofy.com/support/index.md) is also managed for each Organizational Unit.

What you can see and change depends on your [role](https://docs.cronofy.com/schedule/account-team-setup/roles/index.md). If something described here isn't available to you, ask an Owner in your organization.
