# Manage members

Bring people into your Organizational Unit when you need to share their availability: to include [several attendees](https://docs.cronofy.com/schedule/scheduling-and-booking/schedule-for-others/index.md) in a meeting, schedule on someone's behalf, or add them to a [selection rule](https://docs.cronofy.com/schedule/scheduling-and-booking/selection-rules/index.md).

## Choose how to add members
- **A few people:** [invite them](#invite-members) by email.

- **More people, without enrolling your whole organization:** turn on [domain sign-up](#domain-sign-up).

- **Your whole organization:** [sync members from your directory](https://docs.cronofy.com/schedule/account-team-setup/directory-sync/index.md), so accounts are created for everyone automatically.

## Invite members
Invite people from your Organizational Unit's member settings. Enter up to 20 email addresses at a time and choose the [role](https://docs.cronofy.com/schedule/account-team-setup/roles/index.md) they'll have.

Each person gets an email asking them to accept the invitation, and to create a Cronofy account if they don't have one. Invitations expire after 48 hours.

## Let coworkers join with domain sign-up
Domain sign-up saves sending invitations. Anyone who signs up with an email address on your domain is offered your Organizational Unit to join.

Only Owners can turn on domain sign-up, from the Organizational Unit's scheduling settings.

## Update a member’s availability
Owners and Scheduler Admins can manage a member's availability on their behalf:

- Set their working hours and interview times, the same way you would in your own preferences.

- Change their time zone, and include extra calendars in their availability, as long as those calendars are already connected to their account.

Buffers, minimum notice and booking limits can't all be edited per member yet. [Support](mailto:support@cronofy.com) can update them for you, including for everyone at once.

## Remove a member
Owners can remove a member from the Organizational Unit. Before you confirm, you'll see which selection rules and templates they're part of. Removing them also removes them from those selection rules, and any template where they were the only host is left with no host.
