Track & edit requests
Read as MarkdownThe requests dashboard #
The requests dashboard lists every scheduling request you’ve made through Cronofy, with its current status. From there you can search, filter and export your requests, and open any one of them.
A request shows everything about it: its title, who created it and when, the invitee, the host and attendees, the date and time of each event, its duration and conferencing, and the event description, including for separate invites. Times are shown in your time zone. It’s also where you cancel or reschedule a request.
Search & filter #
- Search for requests by the host’s or invitee’s email address.
- Filter by status, by tag, and, if you belong to more than one Organizational Unit, by organization.
- Export all of your requests, or only the filtered ones, as a CSV file. See reporting.

Edit a request #
You can change a request’s title, description, and date and time once it’s been created. The changes are pushed to the calendar events.
- The request’s creator, and the person it was scheduled on behalf of, can edit it. Owners and Scheduler Admins can edit any request.
- Preferences such as booking limits, buffers and working hours aren’t applied when you change the date or time.
- The title of a separate invitation to the invitee can’t be changed yet. If it includes the old host’s name, cancel the request and create a new one with the new host.
Change the host #
You can change the host of pending and scheduled requests, to a specific person or to someone from a selection rule.
- Pending requests: the new host is offered with the original request’s availability settings, such as working hours, custom hours or specific slots.
- Scheduled requests: the new host’s preferences, such as minimum notice, working hours and booking limits, aren’t applied. The new host is emailed about the event, and it’s removed from the previous host’s calendar. If you didn’t create the request, its creator is told about the change.
You can’t change the host while a request is pending rescheduling.
