# What invitees see

## Booking a time
When your invitee opens a scheduling request or public link, they see the days and times you've offered. They choose a day, then a time that suits them, and confirm it. The page then shows the booked event.

Once they've booked, you're emailed to let you know, and the event is added to everyone's calendars.

The page shows your Organizational Unit's [branding](https://docs.cronofy.com/schedule/account-team-setup/branding/index.md).

## Separate invites
You can send your invitee a separate invitation from the rest of the people at the event, with its own details. It's turned on for each invitee when you create a request, including a request made from a template. With a separate invite:

- Each side can get different details. For example, a candidate can get preparation information, while interviewers get the candidate's details.

- Neither side sees the other's information, such as names and contact details.

- Internal calendar updates are hidden from your invitee.

- You stay in control of changes: interviewers can't decline, so you can reschedule or find another interviewer if they need to.

## If none of the times work
Your invitee can tell you they can't make any of the times offered. The request then waits for you: [offer more times](https://docs.cronofy.com/schedule/scheduling-and-booking/available-times/index.md), or cancel it.

## Language
