You sign up to the Scheduler with the Google or Microsoft 365 account for your calendar, using single sign-on.

  1. Choose your data center. The links below go straight to each one’s sign-up page.
  2. Continue with Google or Microsoft 365, and authorize Cronofy to access your calendar.
  3. Name your Organizational Unit, your team’s workspace in Cronofy. If you’ve been invited to an existing one, you’re asked whether to join it instead.

To learn what data Cronofy processes, and what access it has, see our data management policy.

Choose a data center #

Cronofy has data centers in several countries, for organizations that want control over where their calendar data is kept, or that must keep it in a particular country. There’s no data flow between data centers, so choose the one you’ll always use.

Log in the same way you signed up: with single sign-on through the same Google or Microsoft 365 account, choosing the data center your account is in.

Developer accounts #

You don’t need a developer account to use the Scheduler. Developer accounts are for people building their own scheduling features with the API, and they log in with a work email address rather than Google or Microsoft.
