Booking limits

Booking limits, also called constraints, cap how many events of a given type a person can be booked for. For example, you could limit interviewers to one interview a day, or onboarding specialists to three training sessions a week. Nobody is booked beyond the limit, so work is spread evenly and no one is overbooked.

Set up a booking limit #

1. Choose a tag that describes the type of event, such as Interview, and add it to the scheduling requests or templates the limit should apply to. The limit applies wherever that tag is used, including requests made from public links.
2. Email support@cronofy.com with the tag and the limit you want, and we’ll set it up for you.
