# Multi-event scheduling

Multi-event scheduling lets your invitee book up to five events with one link, instead of you sending a separate request for each. It's ideal for multi-stage processes, such as a series of interviews.

Multi-event scheduling isn't turned on by default. Contact [support](mailto:support@cronofy.com) to turn it on for your account. There's no extra charge.

## Create a multi-event request
When you [create a request](https://docs.cronofy.com/schedule/scheduling-and-booking/scheduling-requests/index.md), choose a multi-event link instead of a single event, and add each event. Each event has its own host, attendees and times to offer.

## Separate invites
Each event can be sent as a separate invitation, so each participant only receives the calendar events they're part of. See [separate invites](https://docs.cronofy.com/schedule/calendar-and-events/what-invitees-see/index.md) for what your invitee sees.

## Change who’s at one event
Once a multi-event request is booked, you can change the host or attendees of a single event, without canceling the whole request. When the event was scheduled from a [selection rule](https://docs.cronofy.com/schedule/scheduling-and-booking/selection-rules/index.md), you choose from the same rule's members. Only the people affected get updated invitations.
