# Customer success

## FAQs
### What’s the easiest way to let customers book time with me?
Set up your [preferences](https://docs.cronofy.com/schedule/get-started/preferences/index.md) once, with your working hours, conferencing and buffers. Then add your [public link](https://docs.cronofy.com/schedule/scheduling-and-booking/public-links/index.md) to your email signature or support replies. Anyone who clicks it books straight into your real availability.

### Can I brand the booking page?
Yes. Your Organizational Unit's [branding](https://docs.cronofy.com/schedule/account-team-setup/branding/index.md) sets the colors, font and logo customers see when they book.

## Keep track of check-ins with tags
Keeping track of every customer conversation is hard. [Tags](https://docs.cronofy.com/schedule/calendar-and-events/tags/index.md) let you label each request with what it's for and who it's with, so you can find and follow up on the ones that matter. The more context you add, the more ways you can filter and analyze your schedule later.

Tags for the type of meeting might be:

- `Onboarding`

- `Check-in`

- `Renewal`

- `Upsell`

- `Product support`

And tags about the customer:

- `New customer`

- `High value`

- `Churn risk`

You can add your own too, such as a tag for each plan (`Plan - Startup`) or product line.

For example, when scheduling a check-in with a high-value customer at risk of churning, tag the request `Check-in`, `High value` and `Churn risk`.

Then, once a week, filter the [requests dashboard](https://docs.cronofy.com/schedule/calendar-and-events/track-requests/index.md) for `Churn risk` requests that are still Pending, to see which customers haven't picked a time yet and follow up. Or filter for `High value` to see every meeting with those customers. See [reporting](https://docs.cronofy.com/schedule/account-team-setup/reporting/index.md) for more.
