FAQs

How do I get set up to send candidates and clients a booking link?
How do I schedule interviews on behalf of a client?
  1. Create an Organizational Unit for each client. It keeps their data separate from your other clients, and lets candidates see the client’s branding when they book.
  2. Invite the people at your client to it, and ask them to set their working hours. Once they’ve accepted, you can schedule for them.
  3. Create the request on their behalf, with your client as the host.

The interview, including its conferencing link, lives in your client’s calendar, and either of you can reschedule it from the same link. You don’t need to attend to stay informed: you’re emailed when it’s booked, moved or canceled.

How can I get interviews to happen sooner?

Offer fewer days, such as 7 instead of 14, with your scheduling period or custom hours. The interview is confirmed as soon as the candidate picks a time, and goes straight into their calendar and your client’s.

Can I share CVs and job descriptions with everyone involved?

Yes. Attach files to the request, such as the candidate’s CV or the job description, so everyone arrives prepared. You can also invite other interviewers and hiring managers as attendees.

Can I share my availability when reaching out on LinkedIn?

Yes.

  • If you know the candidate’s email address, use the browser extension to create a personalized request without leaving LinkedIn.
  • If you don’t, paste your public link into your message. Candidates pick a time straight from your real availability.

Can I schedule without leaving my inbox?

Yes. Use the Outlook add-in, or the browser extension in Gmail. Create a personalized request for the candidate as you write your email, and offer times outside your usual hours if they’re hard to reach.
