Scheduling a time that suits all of your contacts can be hard. Combined Availability includes your contacts Availability in your meeting requests. This ensures your invitee can only pick a slot where all attendees are free.
What is Combined Availability? #
Combined Availability allows the Cronofy Scheduler to be able to check and compare your availability to others who have provided you with access to their availability when creating your unique invitation links.
Availability is shared by adding individuals to your Connected Contacts list, where you select the type of Availability that is shared.
Combined Availability is completely secure and only shares Free/Busy information. No one will have access to your event information in your calendars.

What are Connected Contacts? #
Adding a person as a Connected Contact gives you the ability to either:
- Request THEIR Availability
- Offer them YOUR Availability
- Request THEIR Availability and offer them YOUR Availability
- How long access to Availability will last for, this can be from a week to a year
Once they have agreed to your availability request they’ll be available in your Connected Contacts list on your Cronofy account.
They will also be available to select in the “Required attendees from your contacts” section when creating your invitation link.
