# Templates > **INFO:** Templates are a great way to standardize your invites. They act as scheduling rules that you can reuse to schedule a high volume of similar events in one go. ### How can I schedule a high volume of events? One of the best way to automate high volume scheduling in Cronofy, is to use the [Public Links](/scheduler/public-links/index.md). They are particularly effective if you want to automate the scheduling of multi-person events. > **INFO:** A Public Link is a self-serve booking link which will offer the **combined availability** of a defined pool of members in your Organizational Unit. The link is open to anyone who wish to meet with your pool. For example, if your candidates need to meet with a pool of recruiters for a panel interview, you could save the [**Public Link**](/scheduler/public-links/index.md) of that pool of recruiters in your ATS email templates.
You can roll out this concept to any roles you are recruiting for where the candidate can meet with any members of a pool of recruiters.
