The Cronofy Scheduler allows all of your agents to create personailzed scheduling links for your customers from Zendesk. These links are one time use only so your support team don’t have to worry about customers having permanent access to book events in their calendars.

  1. Open any ticket.
  2. Click on the Cronofy browser extension.
  3. It will pull in the details of the primary contact so you can click to generate a link personalized just for them.
  4. Paste it into the message you’re sending to your customer.
