Can I mark events as private?

You can enable Private Events at an individual and organization level. Ideal for situations where privacy and data control is paramount.

Private Events allow other users who have permissions to view your calendar to hide the event details. For more information on event privacy, please see calendar providers’ documentation below:

To enable Private Events for your account, please head to the Scheduler “Preferences” page and scroll down to tick the “Mark events as private” box.

To enable Private Events for your whole organization, please head to your Organizational Unit’s Settings, select the Scheduling tab and under “Settings” scroll down to “Private Events”. You will need to tick the box to enable all Scheduler events created within your team to be set to Private. This will override any settings configured at an individual level.
